Finally we are ready to put it all together and sing our new song on the text. It is important to remember and keep in mind how each step we did before brought us here. It can be helpful to speak through the text an notice how the consonants may impact the shape of our tongue and articulators. This will also impact the shape of the vowels. Try to maintain consistent  that same open space from singing on the open vowel while singing the text. This may feel only important for singing a song in a different language. However, the English language contains several consonant sounds that can cause tension in our tongue or restrict the shape of our mouth. So sometimes we need to adapt to make sure we are able to keep the space we need for our desired sound.
